I caught this in CdA at my folks house when they lived up there and I visited them on one of my R&Rs. What is it?

looks like a Junebug to me,we have them up here.They hiss when they get bugged!!
They are really good with some hot sauce!

Can't tell ya what they are but it looks like the critters we find in hale bales around my parts all the time. They seem to like the alfalfa fields.
