I too am at a loss of words. My wife found that same obit and I have to admit I didn't know several of the things he had done. First time I met Jeff was at a dinner meet. We typically gather in the parking lot before going in for dinner. I don't remember who I was talking to (Because of what happened next!); but I backed up a couple of steps as I was talking. Unknown to both of us, Jeff and I had our backs to each other and he was backing up as well. We collided and I will always remember when I turned around! Oh my! that is one large human being!! He asked if I was ok! All I could do is laugh. I mean, it isn't very often you get to 'run' into that large of a human being! Any of us who had the fortune of meeting him will have fun stories like that to remember him by. I am very glad I got to meet him!
In case you didn't see his guest book with his obit:
Big Jeff's Guest Book
I'm impressed by the fact that people who have signed it are from all over! They are right about how big of a heart he had! Super neat guy that will be missed by us all! Say a prayer for his family and hopefully a lot of us can make it out for the memorial.
