I just got off the phone with that Oregon Injection place. I asked them about their rebuild process. He broke it all down saying it was in-house and that all injectors are pop tested.

They're $29.70 each. I didn't ask if they'd test my injectors.

$30 for a pop tested injector is pretty good. Even with my discount at work, my cost would still be double that. Thanks for calling and finding out.
