Provable TRUTH in any form DOES NOT constitute defamation (libel or slander.) Idaho law is very specific. BTW, Bill of Rights/ Constitution gives every one the right to voice their opinion, be it verbal or written, that is what is great about our country. Just be sure it's a "opinion," not an attack on a public figure meant to do harm or damage the reputation.
