Been busy doing a few fixits on the '98 and putting it up for sale. Wasn't an easy decision but moving on to another flavor of Cummins. I will still have my 430,000 miler '96 to fulfill my 12-valve needs
Anyway the particulars:
Short box 2wd Club Cab, mostly stock other than 5" exhaust, gauges, 1/2" full fuel line upgrade and DDP injectors (50hp I think). Has close to 208,000 miles and I bought it at 137k mi (4-1/2 years ago). Other than the paint that started peeling and fading it's in great shape and has few issues. One shallow scrape mark above the front passenger wheel well and 2 small dings. Interior is very nice and only problem is the center console liner has been removed (which I did trying to fix the jammed lid release).
Between the previous owner who bought it around 20k miles and myself it's been well maintained, original auto still shifts good, rear axle was rebuilt with Power Lok limited slip about 15k ago. Will let it go with the fog lights and Autometer Sport Comp II gauges.
This truck is tight and solid, enjoyable to drive, quiet, great for long road trips.
