Unfortunatly until you make a deposit or sign some kind of agreement, you havn't bought anything and have no case in court. It's a shame people conduct themselves this way but that's the way it is now days. :c:
Sadly, this is what the world has come to. Years ago, I bought land on a handshake, a truck, two cars and a host of other things. Still have the land and one of the cars. Only paperwork was a bill of sale and survey docs.
Back then, a persons word was his bond and a good name stood for something.
