JACK OFF SOLD ME A TRUCK AND THEN BEFORE I CAN ARRIVE SELLS IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!

READ HERE: 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 Automatic 4x4 - Dodge Cummins Diesel Forum last few posts is where its messed up.

This mother er is a crook we came to an agreement for 5500.00 for this truck and i got the loan the train and pane tickets and everything and he calls me today and tells me its sold!!!!!!!!!!!!! To someone else wtf wtf wtf. He wil be hearing form my lawyer tomorrow and giving me my truck on the #rd of january!!!!! !


Here's the PM of me telling him I at the Bank and got hte loan and he was tal;king to me at the bank.

Hey man I am working on getting some pics and vids up of the truck, should be up here in a bit. Address is 826 Memorial Park Drive Huntington, WV, and the vin is 1B7KF26D2VJ539363, only thing is that I am not sure if the first character is a "1" or an "L", I am assuming it is a "1" seeing as how the rest of the letters are capitalized and it is not. It said sales pending...? Doesnt mean its yours... Did he fax you anything saying its sold to you with his signiture and yours and does he have a copy as well? Least he called you b4 you came, I had earnest money on a truck and it was sold b4 I got back with the cash. Got it back with an extra 50 to boot. Unfortunatly until you make a deposit or sign some kind of agreement, you havn't bought anything and have no case in court. It's a shame people conduct themselves this way but that's the way it is now days. :c:

how so? i dont understand that I guess. When I built my house and signed a contract for a price the builder had to provied a house for that price before any money was exchanged b/c we had agreed on it that is what would happen? How is this different only in this case I have text and PM information that showes the agreement over a contract.

uuummmm its monday buddy friday was the 25th a few days ago. I told him I bought plane tickets on the 26th to arrive in WV for my truck jan 3rd and he agreed to that. so it didnt sell on friday. I was sent a text on Monday Dec. 27th @ 1801hrs telling me the truck sold to someoen else. THAT IS BS that he sold it! That was aready sold to me. How is that not a sale to me

well I'll take it all to the lawyer tomorrow and we will se what he says. Sad part is I know I have a legal leg to stand on becaue I had the verbal, written and monitary agreement but in the end Im still dealing with a total scum bag that has no moral campas so even if I did win Cheapskate looser he is wouldn't pay anyways.

$10.00 says he lives with mom and dad...oh wait he gave me an address I looked it up and its his dads place...and oh look I called the Cabell Co. SO in WV. had them run the VIN# and his dad owns the truck. MOMMY AND DADDY might get a call from me tomorrow to let him know what a fine outstanding young man they are raising! WTF. Also im afraid there goes my legal leg...kid had ZERO legal ownership of the truck to sell it to anyone......maybe his mom and dad will make good on my loss of transportation funds

Its sad to hear that people are like that. Ive had similar experiences over there with small stuff. I never visit that site much anymore because it seems like the maturity level is really low. So far I haven't had any problems with the people here, good members. :tu:

I know I'll find another truck its the fact that someone can out right do that to someone and get away with it that makes me so mad. The seller should have had to face some kind of recourse for his dishonesty to me.

Sadly, this is what the world has come to. Years ago, I bought land on a handshake, a truck, two cars and a host of other things. Still have the land and one of the cars. Only paperwork was a bill of sale and survey docs.

Back then, a persons word was his bond and a good name stood for something.
