The original part of this thread is missing. I'll do a quick rewrite of it.
Instead of using these piggy back connectors to get fused power from the fuse box, http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/1779/piggyback.jpg with the end result looking like this. Usually a connection that vibration effects and the wire falls off. http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/342...ybackincab.jpg I came across these while at an electronics store, and they work amazing. http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/3893/tapacircuit1.jpg The RED fuse if for the original circuit in the fuse panel. The BLUE fuse is for the pigtail attached to the fuse body. http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/6...pacircuit2.jpg It yields a very clean way to get an extra, fused power source. You should also change the thread name to 12 Volt power....often here 12V means 12 valve not 12 volts.
