First off welcome to Diesel Bombers.
Second sounds like one of two things. Either you have a fuel injector/s leaking down and over fueling a cylinder/s. Or you have an oil burner. Could be excess blow by and causing it to get to much oil in the charge are system.

well its only started since i did my straight pipe if that helps and if it was over fuel wouldn't that mean black smoke and i check the oil all the time and its not reading that im loosing any oil

oil is usually blue, fuel can either be black or white. How old are your glow plugs? If your glow plugs are bad, you will usually have white smoke on start up. Does your coolant level ever change?

my glow plugs are newer and coolant level stays the same for the most part this is my first diesel so still learning the ins and outs but thanks im going to take it to the local shop and see if they can tell me whats up
