Your kidding right?
White smoke means a lack of fuel??? Really??? really really? White smoke is A. Raw fuel leaking past a O ring or cracked cup or broken nozzle or B. Water/coolant leaking past a blown head gasket or cracked injector cup... A lack of fuel does not cause a white smoke issue...:argh: |

I beg to differ! And you might think I have been owned. My master did not get paid and if you owe him! You need help! Lets see what this member found in his truck! FYI I had sending unit problems and my truck was doing the exact same thing! All I said was check it.
Just applying Theory. You of all people should know. You cant Fully Diagnose a problem just from so little info on a thread! Your quick to say you know exactly what the problem is White smoke is A. Raw fuel leaking past a O ring or cracked cup or broken nozzle or B. Water/coolant leaking past a blown head gasket or cracked injector cup... A lack of fuel does not cause a white smoke issue... Read more: https://www.dieselbombers.com/ford-p...#ixzz0wJd1UZ2z This could also mean the Sending unit is clogged. that Sir could starve the injectors! Me Owned I think not! Run along and B.S. somebody else. If you can't be respectful and politely disagree You have no business posting! Brice you should know better! |

The same things you implied. you are correct! However starving an injector of fuel can also cause White or blue white smoke. you as-well as I know. sometime it is usually something simple to diagnose. then there are times, you really have to dig. and it is not always easy to diagnose from a computer screen on a vehicle unseen. some times we-are right and some times there is a possibility we are wrong. I am not afraid to admit I am wrong. I do get out of hand when somebody treats me with disrespect. Forgive me I always quietly go my own way when somebody puts up intelligent info! I enjoy learning the info. I do not see info when their is a matter of impoliteness. Good way to get your point acrossed, when you bully some body that has given incorrect info!

I will rephrase it for you... What two things does white smoke in a diesel represent? A. and B. |
There is no getting through to you. I said your right! I also said the two main reasons you stated are right! the ones you want me to answer! OK I will
A. raw fuel leaking past a O-Ring, cracked cup or broken Nozzle Usually black smoke B. Water/coolant leaking past a head gasket or cracked injector cup C. Oil is getting around cracked piston rings Usually blue/white D. Turbo Issues. Black or blue/white E. valve guides worn including seals ETC F.Not enough fuel starving the injectors cause a Blue/white smoke Do I need to keep listing. sometimes Blue/white smoke is mis represented by the owner till the technician is able to See the truck and determine what is the problem. white smoke is mostly water in diesel or other problems Any more questions?
