ATS Tranny?

hey guys im looking into the ATS stage 2 tranny for my 2002 f350 when the time comes to upgrade it. im wondering what you guys thinnk about em or have heard about? are they worth the 5k to do it?

I would burn my pickup to the ground before I ever run anything from ATS. They are a shady company with poor customer service to say the least.

Only transmissions I would run is BTS or john woods.

Really? in your oppinion which is the better bang for your buck?
whcih has the best warrenties, hold up long and shift better?

BTS and john woods have great warranties. I Think BTS is 2 year and they pay shipping, after 2 years you have to pay shipping if something goes wrong

ATS warranty is 5yr/500,000 miles.

So you got an axe to grind with ATS? Let's hear it. Exactly why do you think they suck so bad and don't honor the warranty?

I have seen a couple people on forms bash ats but it's forms so it's hear say so I was skeptical at first but talked to the right people and people I personally know that run them and no issues

Heard the same story about them over and over and over. Better read the fine print in there warranty, if you run the wrong type of pixie dust they will tell you to pound sand.
