Re: 4" lift
Your best ride would be a D60 with an RSK and SD springs but that's not real cheap.

I think a 600 dollar rough country lift kit isn't going to be exactly a smooth ride... There are some things out there that you get what you pay for and I would classify a lift as one of those things...

Re: 4" lift
If your running a D60 go to sky manufacturings website and order an RSK and find a set of 350 springs to go under it.

Rough Country will get you the opposite of a nice ride. When it comes to lifts you really do get what you pay for, a 600 lift will get you stock shocks just extended, blocks for the rear (read axle wrap!). Check out Skyjackers stage II kits. I am running a 6" all spring "soft ride" kit on my ford. it set me bac 1300 4 years ago. All new lift springs front and rear, nitro charged shocks it rides better than most stock new trucks.

reverse shackle kit

ok got ya im not looking to do anything for the rear soft rides are junk in the rear on a 1 ton used for towing and axle wrap aint an issue with traction bars just want them in the front as for shocks already got nitros so shocks arent needed
