Well it sounds to me like you have a boost leak... If ten is the maximum boost pressure you can get at WOT, then you have a leak... It should be 20ish psi with your chip assuming that's all the aftermarket parts you have. You need to pressurize the air system and find the leak... Most common areas to leak are going to be plenums and intake boots... Good luck.

As for the Superduty turbo, it's not a direct replacement. You have to swap the plenums, uppipes, pedistal, drivers side exhaust manifold etc... It's not worth it for little to no gain...

thanks man ive bin stressing over this for like 4 days :argh: haha im just gonna buy 2 new rubber boots tomarrow i dont wanna have to check for a leak and also gauge wise whats the best gauge to buy ??????

I would build a boost leak detector... Just need some pvc with a stem valve to pressurize the intake system... Then some soapy water in a squirt bottle... You can throw parts at it for as long as you want but it will be worth it to actually find the problem...

Best gauges IMO are ISSPROs... I run autometers though and haven't had any problems for a couple years now...
