thinking about trading duramax for F450?
possible going to trade my 2005 gmc in on a 2008 ford f450 with the 6.4
i like the looks of this truck and i'm planning ahead to upgrade my 5er to a bigger 5er and i know my 2500hd will be unable to safely tow that much camper. i'm lost with the mods needed to improve fuel economy and any problems that this truck may be common to having. i'm looking to you guys for some solid advice here... also, if anyone can run a vin check i'd appreciate the help. :c: vin#1FTXW43R58EB53082 |
Yes i say go for it. I own a Dodge but if your tradin a gmc for a ford i say go for it. Next to dodge ford would be my next choice. :tu:

The 2008 F-450 is heavy & has 4:88 gears for towing, so your MPG won't go over 10. I know some one is going to tell you to do a DPF/DELETE & buy a tuner for better mileage:humm:
