Why not? It says right in the owners manual (even in my 6.0) that ANY modification using non Ford parts can void your warranty. Ford is covering their own a$$.

Well hell i have a 91.5 12v with the pump maxed out and i still get 18 mpg around town. But it is a dodge after all.But if i were u i would go ahead and take off the DPF and EGR. but thats just me.

Then compare what your Dodge weighs next to an F450 crewcab dually.... I bet the Ford weighs just a WEEE bit more, and has more power to boot. Not to mention no existence of any emissions control on your vehicle what so ever.

it's like we're comparing apples to oranges, the only similarities is they're both a fruit and relatively round in shape, the 12v should get better mileage, it's lighter for one, and it has no emissions equipment, whereas the 6.4 is heavy and has a terribly restrictive exhaust system and egr, and the dodge dealer where i live voided the warranty on my pickup because i had a lift kit, they didn't even know it had a programmer on it, so now that I have no warranty I figured I might as well have a set of 40" tires and a Goerend transmission

Listen to Bobcat67. He and i were just having the conversation about the emissions on the 6.4's yesterday. I would be glad to give anyone a run down on what all i had to do to get 23.7 HAND CALCULATED MPG on the highway. Seriously, 6.4's are amazing trucks and i will NEVER get rid of my 2010. I will send pms to you guys and please answer them, ill help you love your trucks as much as i love mine.

MPG's are slowly increasing. I have less than 2,000 miles on the clock but now seeing 14 MPG's. Hopefully that number will rise. :tu:
