I am sure there are some new posts on this stuff, but I find it funny because I have put over $6000 into trying to figure this same problem out and still acting almost the same. I bought this a year ago this month and have put over $12,000 since I bought it, ball joints, tires, alternator, starter, power steering pump and box, lines and other linkages, all because I wanted a safe and affordable trip from Utah to Pennsylvania. While I was in Pennsylvania, I found a place a few hours south of Buffalo New York called the Little Power Shop Bradford Pennsylvania that really knew their stuff. I didn't go there, I might be paying for it now. I hope it will be a simple fix but I don't know, all the stuff that you all have done I haven't. I Did the ERG delete, heads and head studs, SCT programer. I blew my intercooler and that totally eliminated all my power when that happened, but I recently blew a fuel line and when I had that fixed, it seemed like things got worse, so I am thinking a sensor got soaked and ruined....

pull the egr valve out and check for the intake getting plugged up, its common without the delete kit,, also inspect the hose from the intake to the map sensor. the hose over time gets loose and worn on the intake side

lol Yeah seems like they have someone who doesnt know what theyre doing wrenching it.

Heres what ive seen with trucks that have been carpet bombed Everything replaced turbo vgt solenoid map hose map sensor etc.

Exhaust up pipe leak. even though you may not hear it you may have one. A leaky CAC i have only seen it a few times but its a possibility. I always pull the map sensor hose and pump smoke into it with the other end plugged to make sure its got no holes. I also check to see if its soaked with engine oil/carbon from the intake. Along with the EBP sensor. Usually you can get away with cleaning them with brake clean and a small wire brush.

Find the exhaust leak-pump smoke through the ebp sensor port. that should take care of what someone at the dealership missed.
