I have an issue that doesn't quite fit many other posts I have read. Drove about 100 miles, no issues, slowed for corner and had very sluggish throttle response when accelerating, 1/4 mile later engine quit. After a few minutes got it to restart but very rough and idles for less than and minute and quits. I have to wait 15 minutes or more to get it to restart, when I push the pedal it slowly goes to 2500 rpms, running rough then slowly dies. On occasion, on successful restart, it will suddenly smooth out, get full acceleration and idle correctly. I push the pedal again and it suddenly runs very rough then dies. I was chasing a problem a few months ago and replaced IPC, cam sensor, fuel filters, and checked FICM. Eventually replaced #7 injector and solved that problem so most of the suspects have been changed recently. I removed secondary fuel filter and turned key on, bowl fills OK but very slowly leaks down over 2-3minutes when key turned off. Have checked primary filter seal, fuel pump runs for about 20 seconds with key on and noticed white smoke when it finally runs. I suspect maybe a stuck open injector but can't get it to run long enough to get to town to have codes read. Any other suggestions before I drag it to town for test?
