Okay got my Air Dog 150 and after a chat with Charlie got to work.

First off, if you have a short bed then you gonna need a different bracket.

Here is the one that come with the kit Attachment 58423

and this is the one I needed Attachment 58424

Starting with these two fittings Attachment 58425

and this is the thread paste I used Attachment 58426

Here is the vp44 with the banjo bolt removed and the new fitting installed

once I got the line ran from the Air Dog to the vp44 it was time to drop the tank(not as bad as you would think)

I didn't follow the directions for the placement of the draw straw this is where I put mine Attachment 58417

This by the way is a 1 1/8" hole Attachment 58418

I cut the straw about 1/8 off the bottom at a angle Attachment 58421

Here is the return line and draw straw and factory pump installed and ready to put the tank back up Attachment 58411

here is everything hooked up and ready for wiring Attachment 58413

ran the wires and hose along the frame Attachment 58413

Now all I have to do is hook up the wiring harness I'll get some pics of that tomorrow:U:

Something to think about here. When I made my own pick up for the tank I used a liquid applicator screen that is available at any farm store for a few dollars on the end of the tube as a pre-screeen to keep from picking up any sludge from the tank. Acts just like the OEM screen.

Sure is a lot of trash in that fuel. Hope you drained all that out before reinstalling the tank. Nice write up by the way. :up2:
