Here's the pair of bumpers I built out of some scrap steel for my '84 D50 (back when it had a 2.5L Turbo Diesel in it.)

Integrated detachable Plow Mounts in the front bumper, and a 10k Winch mounted behind it. (It wasn't always lifted like that, once upon a time it was a Plow Truck)

Made from 2" Square Tube (1/4" Wall). The Front Bumper has removable Extensions/Corners (from a 1987-1993 Dodge D50) and the Rear Bumper was "skinned" with the same metal used to stamp out unibody frames.

Made a similar one for the back of my Dakota (current work truck/plow truck). But rushed it and never finished it. At the time I needed to slap any bumper on the back of the truck so I could get back out and finish plowing (after the original bumper turned to a pile of rust when it clipped a pile of snow). Had some scrap steel (a couple hundred feet of 2" square tube, hence square tube bumpers on most of my trucks :rocking: ) so I quickly fabbed up a bumper for the truck and was back out plowing snow in no time.

The Dakota rear bumper has a skinned step on the top (same steel used to stamp unibody frames, have a huge roll of the stuff), and has a bit of 1/4" Plate in it
