If the fuel bowl is not filling like you say I suspect your fuel pump is dead. However even with a dead fuel pump if the tank is about half it will normally start... |
just saw one a couple months ago same malfunction turn and turn almost fire and no go,added oil and that sucker fired on the 2nd turn it may not specificially be a murphy switch but it is still a dummy switch. (pickup in question was a 95 f250 powerstroke)

The Powerstroke uses High Pressure oil to fire the injectors, the high pressure oil pump is feed by the low pressure oil pump. Run the truck out of oil and it will not run because the high pressure oil pump gets no oil... Same thing happens when you run a truck out of fuel.

Oil level is ok , fuses are ok , Not getting any juice to fuel pump(new pump) what should i check next ?

Thanks For all the Help local Shop figured it out ! The emergency fuel shut off was wired wrong. I had replaced it , the wires wire put in wrong from factory on new one !
