need help with pump in tank conversion on 99
hey yall , my sender went after my 3rd lift pump on the block and i bought a sender/pump in tank thingy do and just got the harness from dodge
does anyone have the instuctions for the conversions (blue wire black stripe) can i run both pumps at the same time or can i run fuel through the block mounted lift pump funds are tight so not able to buy a fancy racing pump any help would be appreciated:argh::argh::argh::argh::argh::argh: |
Dont waste your time and hard earned money sticking that pump in your tank. The intank pumps do not provide adequate pressure and coolong for your VP-44. Take the works back to the dealer and do this.
If money is tight, get a Vulcan performance big line kit and put a Holly Blue or OEM Carter pump on your framerail and isstall 1/2" lines and eliminate the banjo bolts. if you install this right, you can upgrade to a better lift pump later on when funds permit. http://www.vulcanperformance.com/Dra...p/vpps9804.htm |
i got the sender/pump on ebay for 25 bucks and i need the sender and housing (my old style broke where the screws hold the bottom to the top
