I didn't see mention of fuel presure low side at idle, and through the trouble ..... a pump can only pump what it can get, no kinked lines from the tank, no loose connections between airdog and tank allowing air in. or a plugged pickup line in the tank? quick fix for junk pluggin line, remove fuel cap........ remove fuel line at the inlet side of air dog, gently blow shop line air through to tank. let fuel come back to the line, re connect and give it a shot. if problem goes away briefly you got crud in tank, drop and clean.

That's what I'm wonderin about is crud in the tank cloggin up the pickup tube and what's gettin through cloggin up the pump filter. All it takes is one bad tank from a fuel stop. I been there done that. Had to stop every few miles and drain the water seperator for the 90 miles home. Every few miles the truck would start stalling out and then run fine after I drained it for a few more miles.

Hello All, I still dont have it taken care of. It appears everything is clean and not kinked. flow is great from the airdog. After some further testing of the CP3 it seems that might be the problem, warn just enough to not be able to keep up with the 90hp nozzles. I have a new CP3 on the way and a WD arson III kit. Hopefully it will be taken care of soon this is driving me nuts. I'll keep you posted and thanks for all the help. Keep the Ideas coming because this may not be the problem either.:argh:

:5: Here we go, Truck appears to be fixed:choochoo: New CP3 went in yesterday and has taken care of everything. The II kit to increase flow will be here tomorrow and being installed Sat. The Tech now said he thinks it might have been the FCA, but says it was replaced when the new pump went on????? Is the FCA on the CP3???? All I know is my baby is back up and running. Time to put the programmers back on :yeah:
