Removing the supply hose and stick it into a gallon jug. Kick the pump on and let it run, filling the jug. Air might still be trapped in the filters. At least that's how I have to bleed the FASS if I replace the filter or drain the water separator.

i drained a 5 gallon tank twice that way. after the first time i relized i was an idiot that it was just pumping the fuel out of the diesel can and into the trucks tank;. so i thought i got smart and pulled the supply line and the return line from the airdog and put them both in the fuel can. it drained it pretty quick also.
