I bought the truck in Sept of this year and it had 4" exhaust, exhaust pacbrake, AFE stage 2 air intake and now I've installed 3000 GSK, AFC tuning and TST #11 fuel plate and am about to air bag rearend and pull a few leaves out

I had some issues with alternator, voltmeter on dash was bouncing around for a week or so then dropped down to about 8 volts,so I pulled alternator and had it tested. It was shot, thought my troubles were over but my lights still flicker and voltmeter twitches. I did a KDP when I first got truck and am wondering if I set the crank sensor to far off of harmonic balancer and this is causing the problem? Also since I did the 3000 gsk, afc tune and #11 fuel plate it needs a little throttle to start. Any input would be :argh::argh:appreciated!:humm:
