Injection Question
I have had a 1994 Dodge 2500 4X4 5 speed for about two years now
been good dependable work truck. But always under powered I installed a pyro gauge and boost gauge so i could montior whats what. even under a load never got above 5-7psi or above 800 degrees. So i did an air intake kit, removing the stock air box and running a donaldson airfilter truck seems to breathe much better and helped with the boost a little still under powered Last thing i did is remove the convertor and muffler and run strait 3 inch pipe all the way out the back This seemed to make the boost better but still under powered compared to others i have driven Also throughout this whole experiment, I dont get any smoke whatsoever. I believe the next step is the pump adj. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks Spud |
