Newbie - who will soon be ranked #1 on this website!!!
That's right... you will soon rank me the #1 person who knows the least about diesels. Period! :rocking: Anyone wanna wrestle me for that title? :bat: Trust me, I'm well qualified to hold that title and as as long as I have money in the bank, that's the way my local repair shops like it.
Hello, and seriously I don't have ANYTHING to offer this forum in the way of expertise and very little commonsense mechanical advice. I found this forum in a desperate search because I have a "bucking" truck. :badpun: Yes, I know some of you also have, or have had a "bucking" truck too, but mine really is the king of all "buckers". I found this great thread, but after a little over two pages of discussion the specific answer to what causes my problem was not answered. I sure would appreciate you taking a little time to see if you can supply the answer. My problem is the exact same as the thread's OP. https://www.dieselbombers.com/ford-p...-problems.html At the very least when the dealership figures this one one I'll update that thread with the answer. No telling what that's gonna cost me. :argh: So, I'll head back into the peanut gallery now and keep reading all the great information you folks have provided. Thanks for all the effort and time you have spent creating a resourceful website. :yourock: I look forward to learning more about what it takes beyond fuel, air and electrical current to make my truck start up whenever I hit the key switch.
