Diesel Bombers - Tim's Introduction

Howdy, my name is Tim, I live in the Bay Area of California, Martinez actually. I dabble in all sorts of diesels, Ford 7.3, IDI and DI motors, Detroits, 353, 453, 8.2, 8.3, Straight 6 MAC, and a few more. Have all sorts of engines, but looking for the best engine with the best truck to pull all the best way.:jump: Presently have a couple of Dodge Rams with new generation Automatics. Also have a couple of 6.6 Duramax's with Allison 1000 - engines are ok but the transmissions are AWESOME!!!:choochoo: I pull 33,000 lbs with my Top Kick 4500, with the 6.6 and Allison 1000. The engine is underpowered. It does not pull like the Cummings:s: So it is my quest now to get the best information to set up this 3500 HD to make it the best puller most reliable of the trucks on the road today. This is a tall project I have coming up. Would like some insight from other truck builders to make this a better truck.
