the brass items in the picture are pop off valves, for keeping boost at 50psi. Think of it as a budget wastegate on the cold side. Not as good as blow off valve/external wastegate but will relieve pressure and save head gaskets/lower drive pressure. It is more for the HX35/HT3b as the hx35 has a small wastegate.

S300 turbos have a lot bigger wastgate. He351 can have the wastegate modified to 1.1"

What is the turbo to turbo hot pipe made out of?? Is it heavy duty enough to stand the test of time? I ask because from the pictures it doesn't look like its cast!?!?
