To keep it legal depending on where you live you'll have to run cat-back. (i.e. if they do smog testing)
On the LB7 Duramax I should be able to run turbo back because there was no cat on my truck when it was produced... If I'm wrong someone will quickly let us know. |

Banks makes a very nice set-up (duals), but I think you pay more for the name than the performance end. I have had both Banks, MBRP I would recommend MBRP good performance, sound. Not to mention the price!!!!

No you'll be fine. You don't need to do anything...but opening the exhaust will allow you to open up the throttle a little more by keeping the egts down. Just watch your tranny if you go more than 60-80hp above stock power levels.
