06 dually tire question
got an issue, the truck came with 215/85/16's and they look way too small. from what i hear i need a spacer to run a 235/85/16? i dont want to put a 2" spacer on it and make a fist sized gap in between the rears, what have you guys done to run a little bigger tire on these trucks? btw its a 4x4 so i assume the front can clear 235's?

I run 235/85/16 and have had no problems with clearance or rubbing. With a load the tires still do not touch each others. Hope this helps.

I'd bet your truck came with 235/85r16's and someone put the smaller tires on. Look on the tag inside one of the doors (usually drivers door) and it will show what the original tire size was. :c:

stock is 215, went ahead and put the 235's on dont really like small gap in between the rears, see any issues with running a 1/4" spacer in between the wheels?
