LB7 pinched Crank sensor
So yesterday I replaced my waterpump and as I was putting it all back on to spec I pinched the wires for my crank sensor. Then taking the timing housing/fan idle pulley back off to undo to the pinched/or cut lines I stripped the bottom right nut with a 14mm 12sided socket. I need to know how to get that nut off or what size is the hex stud is so I can get the proper tool.

i'll go check mine tomorrow and tell you the size

Well I decided not to pull the stud. Instead I cut the lines where I pinched the crank sensor, bought an electrical kit and reworded the sensor. She starts right up. Now I found a problem on my crank. The dowl pin that seats ur harmonic ballencer sheared off. So I'm looking for a kit that can extract what's left of the pin and buy a new one. Machine shops aren't an option for me.

I love my LB7 and 2 hours with a punch, hammer, and a drill I got that pin out. Took the sum bitch to a machine shop and had the ballencer reman'd and now everything is back together. Which would u think would be best. Twin 68mm FPE cheetah turbos or compounding a 68 with an aurora 5000

OMW !!!..... I know that feeling .... broken exhaust stud on my 6BT #6 .. both of them ..
In my opinion i think your better off with the aurora3k and 5k as a set ...:c: |
