6-0(maybe a little taller) and 170 right now, I used to Weigh almost 180 back in the summer, I used to be able to Dunk playing Basketball in my work clothes(steel toe boots, phones, tools, etc...).


But not workin out for a semester left me kinda weak and i lost my hops, and my Bench press went down

So when i got prego in 06 my training stopped, everything hurts you can really feel it when you stop...

On that note im going walking in the rain, loosin up some stiffness.......cyal8r

I have to get back into my routine. When me and my ex got together I weighed 228 pounds. Right now I'm at 272 but that is down from the 300 I wieghed a few months ago. I'm 6'3" tall and want to get down to 225. I use to run 6 miles three times a week but havent done that in 2 and a half years and use to bench 315 and squat 625. I think if I tried that now I would pull something.lol

The best way to drop the pounds is to put out more than you take in. I have been running 6 miles everyday for the last 2 years, although some days I really didn't want to I did it anyway. It's kinda a love hate relationship, I feel so much better after running.:hd:

i wanna kinda do somethin too but i dont know what.


im 6'2" and weigh about 220. Wouldnt call myself fat but i have a gut that drives me nuts you can kinda see it here.....

yeah but the diff. s you have or had a sh!t ton of muscle at one time too where as i dont have as much as you had or have. Thats one reason your as big as you are

We had a guy at work last summer that weighed 380 but he could bench like 450 lbs too....

I was more tone then now even though I always had a gut. I use to do like 15-20 reps at 300-315 to keep what I had. I and not over do it. I also did a bunch of fitness machines to keep toned. I never really maxed out benching. If I could get my own weight up now I would be impressed.lol
