Well guys as of a few weeks ago I've been quit smoking for 16 months and I've lost 105 pounds.

Good job, bub! I know how hard you worked for both of those milestones. I've been 100% tobacco free for 12 years but my weight went the other way. I gained nearly 60 lbs!
What's your system for the weight loss?

Nice man I only smoke when I drink now. And I have been going to the gym allmost every day some times twice a day and I lost 12lbs this month. About 10 more to go and I will be sitting around 215 and I will be happy with that. Then Its time to start putting on the muscle.

we need to see some before and after pics.... loosing 105# you aught to be near my size....

At first I was thinking, "why'd your 105 pound girlfriend leave you because you stopped smoking?"

I've put on 40 or so pounds since you saw me last. I fluctuate between 195-205# so not much longer before you are my weight.....:c:
