Something Right out of SPEED!
|
just to point out some errors in the story...thats a section of 190 and the speed limit is 50 for about 5 miles before that...
another thing to point out is the fact that he drove past a middle school and the last little part of the vid says crowded streets...um...its huntsville theres no such thing as crowded up here... oh and ive lived up here for a yr...that was about 2 weeks before i moved up |
Wow a insiders view.... I like it
:c: |
Id bet my next paycheque that turning the ignition to the off position would have made it slow down.... *gasp*:argh:

You won't lose brakes, just the power part. Steering, yeah till you unlock the wheel again. Its no big deal for most people to go without power steering and power brakes. Some of us had/have cars that came from the factory without them. :c:

I had a driveshaft coupling slide apart on this one day, going down a hill, the only brake is in the transmission, when the wheels are not connected to the transmission anymore, there are no brakes, and i figured out how to get it stopped ( with no brakes mind you) before it rolled away down the hill at mach 7, its not that hard to stop something if you have a little bit of common sense. http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/3559/img2999iz2.jpg :c: |
