She's just still on her baby high, she'll come around.

So have you had any contact with Blazier on this. Is he offering any explanation.

turbostang7 01-22-2011 12:43 PM

through text a little contact, but when i told him what was in the box he said thats bs, i asked him what he thought would be fair to do about it, and he said " i shipped the yoke" and left it at that, then he said he will call them tommorow. he didn't get insurance nor was there a list of what was in the package so there is absolutley nothing that can be done about that. oh and he said to keep his cluster too, so i have a busted one, and one that doesn't read right lol.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

other than that no explanation or offer to help resolve this issue so i guess karma will come around on him someday :tu:

maybe i will run the name by her again here in a week or two

Uncle Bubba 01-22-2011 12:45 PM

The shipping weight on the package should tell you if the yolk was originally in there I would think.

turbostang7 01-22-2011 11:12 PM

i can't find a weight on the invoice on it, its form usps so i dunno, possibly it was in there originaly, not disputing that at all. just sayin that when i got it it was all busted up, no yoke and i believe that it shouldn't be my fault at all. or i shouldn't have to worry about finding things to replace it. and honestly if he had ground to stand on why doesn't he reply with his side of the story? just my .02 but i have already made arangements with another member on this forum to send me his yoke :jump: as for the guages i will just run with what i got and try to make them work for me, oh and i already had purchased a kickdown for it so everything to make it right is already on its way, so im not too teribly worried about it just want everyone to know how the deal went down regardless of him sending it or not, it was still a month after it was supposed to be here!

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

well thanks to cummins97 i got one on the way, at least my truck will be going by next weekend!:jump:

Dr. Evil 01-23-2011 05:56 PM

That is BS !

Mount up fellas. :axe: :axe: :axe:

blazier18 01-23-2011 06:48 PM

i sent the yoke and cluster to him both not damaged and i had them put protecting stuff in the box to insure that the cluster wouldnt get damaged. the yoke and cluster was sent the next morning i went to office depot in maryville at 830 pm and they put the stuff in the box not me but they had the yoke and everything cuz i opened the box and put the yoke under the cluster i dont know y he didnt get the yoke y would i keep an auto yoke for a straight shift tranny? i didnt mean to cause any trouble with anybody i sent it out and thats all i can do if nobody wants to deal with me thats fine if nobody wants to have anything to do with me trhats fine too. i gave him the trackin number and wat i know is true is that i sent wat he needed so i told him to keep my cluster that was sent way before the one he just got which reads 200 k miles less then wat i got from him and i called about the yoke they have yet to call me back idk wat to do so i asked tony wat do i need to do he asked wat is fair i said idk ill call them tomorrow though but its watever yaw wanna say but i sent them

turbostang7 01-23-2011 07:01 PM

the miles on the cluster was never an issue for me because if i tried to sell the truck saying that the miles were actual it would have been fraud, not worth it to me so i didn't care about that, all i wanted was my stuf, and did not recieve it. not tryin to be mean to you eric but i think that i have been more than patient on this deal and it was just time to cut my losses and walk away from it and let everyone else know what has happened here. you say you didn't mean to cause trouble but unfortunatly you caused me a lot of trouble!

tiremann9669 01-23-2011 07:11 PM

It makes sense that the yoke was in the box, because somthing busted the shit out of the cluster. With the tracking number UPS should be able to tell you the weight of the package. I'd bet it's the fault of the shipping company although that dosn't explain why it took so long. I think we need a Feedback thread where we could leave feedback from dealings with other members, somthing like ebay. :c:

gunman41mag 01-23-2011 07:24 PM

Since it was mailed thur USPS, good luck finding the truth, The U.S. MAIL sucks, That is why I use F E D E X !!!!!

turbostang7 01-23-2011 07:33 PM

Yep that's why I always buy the insurance:tu:

zach_west 01-23-2011 08:03 PM

fedex sucked took me about a week to get my exhaust. go ups. lol. and always get insurance. oh and sorry for you're luck buddy.

UPS stole my rifle,:scare2: but when the heat was put to the driver, he went home & brought my rifle back. UPS stole a CAMCORDER I order, but since I never got it, the company sent me another one. UPS stole or lost the bolt of my 50 BMG & damaged the rings, it took 8 months, before UPS paid me the $640 I paid to get the 50 BMG fixed:argh:

so is this your way of saying karma has caught up with him? haha, but realy it does suck when things get lost, and as long as the responsible party does something about it its all good, at least you got your gun back and the other issue resolved.
