I think we can all agree, blazier should take the $200 and spend it on grammar and punctuation classes. His posts are painful to read.

Turbostang, you seem like a really cool dude, but seriously... how many chances did you give this guy. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Whit, I can't say I would be letting it go either. If the dude isn't going to get his $200 back, at least let him have this thread to vent and yell at this moron.

This is mind boggling how long it has gone on though, I can agree with that. I still don't think it should be dropped cause people are sick of seeing it, but I'm not the admin, the power lies with you to do with it as you please.:c:

Then can you leave it up for those of
us that have been following along at home? :)

I'm with turbostang7 on this one. A deal's a deal.

blazier18. You say we don't know your side of the story.
You have done nothing but make excuses
from the beginning. I think we've heard enough stories.
The only thing that we should hear now is turbo saying
"hey guys, I got a cheque today from blazier, and yes,
and it even cleared the bank". :yeah:

Hopefully this all works out in the end.

gunman41mag 04-14-2011 08:24 PM

I think blazier18 isn't going to try to resolve this, cause he's not a man of his word, he's not going to change his ways:nope:

If the judgment didn't have a suspense date, you can usually contact the judges office and his staff will get it taken care of.

Hate to see this happening.

They're not gonna issue an arrest warrant over a civil judgement, not in the USA. If it were for non payment of child support that would be different. Turbostang can however have the money taken from blazier's paycheck. (if he ever gets one) or have a lien put on his property. :c:

Good for you.

Wait the 20 days and put a lien on his property (vehicle, land, etc.) or his federal or state income taxes. He can't sell anything with a lien on it, and the Feds/state will deduct the amount owed from his income tax return to pay you. And if he doesn't file a return, the Feds will eventually catch up to him.

You could also send the judgement to his local District Attorney asking for assistance. Depending on how helpful they are, you could end up getting a payroll deduction from his employer .... or any employer he works for.

You've got options now that you have the judgement, and he can't hide forever.

Admins, please leave this thread open. This is an example of what NOT to do in our community. Maybe this will help someone with a similar situation in the future, or maybe it will prevent something like this from happening. If we can't trust each other, who the hell can we trust?
