My wife wants a new pet.. please read!!
 
along with the 110lb yellow lab, and 60lb basset hound my wife wants a pot bellied pig.. yep i wrote that right!! i have heard they can be trained like dogs and all which isnt my prob but when we go places who is going to watch the pig? this pig would be in the house with our dogs and us. i mean kennels watch dogs but do they watch pigs? and what about car rides? we drive 4.5 hours to visit her family, will the pig be a pain in the .. for the ride? also we boat too.. bring the dogs on the boat but what do we do about the pig? looking for some input here guys!! thanks!
of course if i let her get a pig then maybe i can tell her if she gets a pig i get an ATV? :tu:

Idk, I guess personally I would rather go with out an ATV

they can be trained but from the people that i know that some they are a P.I.A to put up with all the time. I wouldnt ever consider ever getting one.

thats what im afraid of... dont get me wrong i want some brownie points to do this but i havent met really anyone thats has a pet pig..

I've heard nothing but good things from them. They're smarter than dogs and can be trained very well. I know there is a guy on powerstrokenation that has a couple of them that stay in the house.

whew.. thanks for that reply!:c: my wife and i are going to go look at one tonight.. hes like 9 months old and his name is Dozer.. i hope they named him that because he sleeps a lot.. haha

Tell her you're getting an ATV, and she needs to get her head examined!:s:

get her another dog, she will forget about the pig.
