I used pdanet for a little while. I downloaded their files to my phone so I could copy the files from my phone to any computer I used. It worked very good till the trial ran out and I couldn't sign into https sites.

I am on hold for the next version of easy root.. Until then no more free tethering...

I rooted my Droid 2 in about 20 minutes....

i think i looked into it and its not supported yet.

@lukesdiesel, how are you liking the d2? I'm waiting till november when the world edition is released or more info is available on a release date for the higher end htc w/ a real keyboard and cdma/gsm. I'm getting a new phone boner though and don't know if i can wait till febuary+.

lol I know what ya mean on waiting.... I am still waiting to see a Dual Core :rocking:

We can now Overclock the D2 and DX.

Mine is stable up to 1.4ghz. :rocking:
