Mmmmmmm Chili , So Whats Your Gitup?
I Use 4 Cans Bushes Medium Chili Beans 1 Can Hunts Tomato Sauce 3 Hot Peppers Chopped 2 Bundles Chives 1 1/2 lb Ground Round Ms Dash Garlic/Herb Chili Powder Ground Black Pepper Brown the meat Season the whole time ..... Right before it browns add the peppers and onions Dump all the Caned stuff in a big pot throw the meat in there, season some more Turn heat 3/4 up stir un till its hot then keep going for about 15 mins , Get a Big Bowl and a Fred Flintstone Spoon (The Ones Your Not Suppose to use) Fill Bowl 1/2 way up Put in mexican 4 Cheeze Fill the bowl 99 % up and pour in Oyster Crackers to the point to where they fall on the floor ... whistle for the dog , Grab 3 Slices of Home Made Bread and Pig out and have the misses Pay for it all night ...hehehe |

ummmmm, Chili, especially durin football season. I can't remember how I make it cause its been a few years since I done it last. You may have given me an idea though

If anyone likes the chili from Wendys I have a recipe somewhere and it tastes just like (or better than) the real thing. |

Right before it browns add the peppers and onions Dump all the Caned stuff in a big pot throw the meat in there, season some more Turn heat 3/4 up stir un till its hot then keep going for about 15 mins , Get a Big Bowl and a Fred Flintstone Spoon (The Ones Your Not Suppose to use) Fill Bowl 1/2 way up Put in mexican 4 Cheeze Fill the bowl 99 % up and pour in Oyster Crackers to the point to where they fall on the floor ... whistle for the dog , Grab 3 Slices of Home Made Bread and Pig out and have the misses Pay for it all night ...hehehe 2 pounds LEAN hamburger 1 pound deer burger 1 pound lean sausage 4 cans of beans 2 cans tomato paste 2 can drained mixed "mexican" veggies (different peppers, tomatos, other stuff) get it at Save-A-Lot. 2 cans peeled tomatos 3 cans chopped tomatos 4 BIG cans of tomato juice mild barbecue sauce, not very much chopped onions, garlic, and chives if i got them few drops of afterdeath pepper, chilli powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning, oregano, few other seasonings cook meat with some of the onions, and garlic seperately draining off ALL of the grease. sautee' the rest of the onions, garlic and drained "mexican" veggies with a little tomato paste, use a little grease from the hamburger when doing all of this but not very much, just enough to keep veggies from burning. throw everything else into a giant pot and let it start to boil then add the stuff you sautee'd after it begins to boil, may have to add some water or another can of tomato juice to get your liquid height up, i cook mine on low for a long time, usually an hour or more, that shit right there will make a puppy pull a freight train.... i get a mixing bowl and a serving spoon, that is the only thing i will eat with, pour the chilli in about 1/2 way, add ALOT of cheese and sour cream, then fill the rest of the way with chilli, sounds weird but i like it that way, this is really chunky stuff by the way....damn i think im gonna have to make some chilli....... ***the seasonings can be used where ever in any of the processes, i use alot of them*** |

sometimes ill add in a bag or two of mixed cheese into the chilli just to make it that much more thicker.

My chilli
3 lbs lean ground beef 2 cans mild chilli beans 1 family size tomato sauce tablespoon Brown sugar Elbow macaroni (optional) Chilli powder packet 1-2 cups water (depends on how soupy you want it) Brown beef in skillet Mix in pot over medium heat: 1/2 sauce, brown sugar, 1/2 chilli powder, chilli beans, water After meat is ready add rest of sauce and chilli powder and heat Mix meat with items in pot and add macaroni (optional) Let simmer over medium heat until warm throughout or macaroni is cooked Better reheated, make ahead of time and referigerate. This is a very thick chilli, I add shreaded cheese (mild chedar) to my bowls and eat with all purpose crackers whold not crumbled. |
