I guess you guys don't get how to cook a tri-tip. It's not a roast you slow cook and flake apart. It's more like a steak than roast. You cook the whole thing and thinly slice it and it's so tender. Full of flavor and good on sandwiches. Just have to do it right.

It sounds good but I have never seen it...I'll ask the butcher next time we take steers in and see if he has heard of it. |
