part of the problem is that site doesn't use a big enough file to test fast connections. testmy.net has huge files for testing, since it takes longer to get to a peak higher speed.

Thats the best I do on that file size, if you have a faster connection try out testmy.net and do the 25 meg file.

Look at the two distances ~7500 miles was faster than ~150 miles
