They were all in Madison High schools... Pretty sure it more for insurance reasons than safety :lol: But honestly yes mistakes happen but if you lose some fingers in a saw its proably more or less your fault and 90% of the time they should had known better... :pca1:

I've seen the saw before a few times, but never saw that vid of him sticking his finger it. That's awesome. I'd like to try that sometime....:pca1:

That's pretty sweet - my dad & brother are both wishin their table saws would have had that before they tried to stop them with their fingers (not both of them at the same time of course)

They installed one at the school i work at last yr. It really is amazing how it works. I saw it stop on a hotdog myself!
One major setback is ya gotta be real careful on what woods ya cut. Can't cut wet wood at all. Some types of plywood can't be cut too. Least that's what the rep told us. |
