sounds really familiar, mine has really gotten bad the last few years. I went to make an appointment for a oil change on my car, got 2 steps and couldn't remember when it was. after 2 more tries I had to wright it down. I was tired during the day also and was diagnosed with sleep apnea, the cpap machine has helped but there still is something wrong.

yeah like I said I went through 2 sleep studies and they didnt find anything. apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg sydrom ect. nothing.

GRI, have you ever been tested for Manic Depression? My fraternity brother was a few years ago and ever since he's been on lithium he's a whole new guy.

He was having trouble paying attention, working stuff out in his head like he used to, staying awake during the day, just basic little stuff he used to be able to do.

Just a thought man. I hate going to doctors, but if it were me I'd wanna know if something indeed was wrong, and I never believed in "Depression", but seeing my buddy change made me think twice about it.

yeah I am going to get checked out. I just cant do it anymore. But this time I am going to go through a referral process as the last ttime I went through a refferral process but the doctor I wanteddidnt have room so he recomended his wife who was just starting and she was worthless. she didnt say hardly anything, I talked mostly and she just prescribed drugs. I was just fed up and quit going to her.

A cousin of mine was diagnosed with ADHD at age 7. She has been on medication for 26 years.

She started drinking a new juice on the market 2 oz. in the morning and 2 oz. in the evening and she is now medication free. No kidding. It worked for her within 3 weeks. :U: After two months the doc's took her off the meds.

If they had had Ritalin when i was a kid i might be an engineer. I can't pay attention, tough to focus. Pretty much the same as everything as said above.
My son was diagnosed with ADD and has been on Ritalin since elementary, it's night and day with him. Went from failing grades to honor roll.

I was on a couple of ridalin type things and it didnt do much for me except make me like a zombie, which I didnt like at all.

And just like that i'll forget what i was doing in the first place. Idk wtf this stuff is but it's not fun. I feel your pain.

I have to say that the main reason most Doctors give medication like they do is because they receive kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies, like was stated earlier, I think it comes down to more than just vitamins, you are better off to get hooked up with a true nutritionist that deals with organically grown foods, they are A LOT healthier than the other stuff sold in the stores, and the vitamins never truly get absorbed into your system fully because they are granular in composition for the most part. If you really want it to get better then I suggest finding a nutritionist who can set a diet plan for you. And the reason I buy Organic is because I use to drive Coast to Coast and I would haul produce from southern California back to the east coast and I have seen how they grow that stuff, they can grow a field of say lettuce in about 3 weeks with all of the growth hormones and additives they use and somewhere along the way the nutritional value as well as the flavor is lost!!! I grew my own Tomatoes this year among other things and even the difference in the taste is amazing!!!
