Way to go! Thats a great plan. Teach him about the outdoors, hunting, fishng, respecting the wilderness, nature, the land. Those are all invaluable lessons and skills he can use and pass on. :c:

Also teach him how to be a volunteer fireman after teaching him to weld!!:w2::w2::w2: I learned to after my dad and grandad were welding on a trailer they were modifying. We didn't get a new barn or anything, but lesson learned. Also while you are out there, teach him how to drive your truck. My dad taught me at 7 years old in his lap pulling a 32 footer cattle trailer with his crew cab chevy dually through my grandfathers land and I have never forgotten it. I also got to start driving with dad in the other seat at 9 in the pasture. I learned that 4 wheel drive is not good for much but digging a hole in a bunch of sand in a dually. Good luck to ya!!!
