Shift knobs
5 Attachment(s)
I have a lathe and I am considering making some billit shift knobs to sell. I have a couple different ideas and open to much much more... Here are some of the designs I have been thinking about...
Just a simple one Attachment 41456 A Piston (2" in diameter and 2-1/2" long) Attachment 41457 Attachment 41458 Here are some pics of a shift knob I made for my truck for a cnc class to show the quality of work that I can do... However I don't have access to the cnc machines anymore so I can't do the logo in the top right now....:dang: Attachment 41459 Attachment 41460 I would like to start making them out of Aluminum with the hope of opening up to more materials.... Price would be $55 not including shipping for the Aluminum... Shift knobs would come polished and tapped for M10x1.5 thread. |
Not a single nibble???? Are my prices way too high???? Come on guys, give me some feedback please.

if i had a stick id want one with the cummins logo on it

Looks great! And I don't think $55 is too much at all considering the cheapass ones at autozone are $30. I'm actually looking for something clean and simple like this to replace the factory knob. I had a few other ideas for designs if your interested

I am very open to any custom designs. Just sketch something up I'll see what I can do...

I'll take one that looks like a piston when can you have it done?
|
About how much would these weigh? Because a heavier knob makes for easier shifting correct?
