Question Driving a lifted truck out of state question...

First off I am new here so I have no idea if this is the right place to put this, but it sounded the best to me. Sorry if I am wrong. But currently I am 15 and I will be 16 soon so I will be able to drive. I am currently doing a Cummins 6bt swap in my Chevy K30 crew cab long bed. Once the swap is done I am going to lift my truck pretty high but still legal in my state. I was wondering say our family takes my truck on a trip out of state and say it is above the state's height limit on lift, would I still get a ticket for that even though I have my state licence plate and all?

And yes I've driving diesels and lifted diesels before and I love them and can handle them pretty good!! (IDK if anyone would try to stop me from lifting it since this is my first car even though I will drive it without the lift to get used to it then lift it a few months later).

Thanks!!!

So what if they do measure it, it is legal in my state but if I drive it into another and it's too high I can get a ticket? I just want to be safe ahah.
