Default Looking for more power

So I recently installed a Air Dog 2 150gph lift pump and I'm loving it
However I've been needing more power for my towing applications. Any help would be appreciated!

just for towing? If money is not a big deal I would look into getting a pre-tuned ECM from duramaxtuner.com loaded with their transmission safe dsp5 tunes, they have a modified stock tune for better mileage, a light tow tune with turbo brake, a heavier tow tune with turbo brake, a performance tune, and a high performance tune

cheaper than buying EFI live

Well mainly towing but its an occasional weekend warrior. I'd like to have the truck in the low 12s with my towing capacity still there.

for that you're going to need a heavy tune(around 500hp) and a well built trans, but Duramax tuner has a few heavy tunes as well that can get you into the 12's but they run hot and will shorten the life of your engine

egr block plate and pcv re-route to keep the gooey soot out of your intake

gauges if you dont have them(pyro and boost)

the engine is pretty stout in stock form up to that 500hp range, then you have to start sinking money into pistons, and head studs, turbos, more fuel etc.

you can make lots of power with a duramax, just depends on how much you're willing to spend to get it there

but for now, if you just want a little more go for towing and spanking tough guys at the like i suggest getting a pre-tuned ECM from duramaxtuner.com, its what I run and on the hottest tune (415rwhp) it will put shame to quite a few other rigs on the road
