P0483 code will not start

P0483 code will not start

This code is for fan clutch. will this prevent engine from starting. I saw a video on youtube and it said it will prevent power to ecm or something to that nature. thanks again Gary

It won't prevent the engine from starting. The video you seen, they had other issues.
