Default 04 wont start

04 wont start. no codes. no fuel at rail. lift pump replaced already. any help greatly appreciated. Gary

I cracked fuel line at rail and absolutely no fuel comes out. There should be some kind of pressure after cranking right?

you should have 5k psi of rail pressure to start. if u have no fuel to rail. u need to check the fca it could be seized up. maybe bad cp3. what happened when it quit? we need a lil more info.

sounds like the fca seized up to me. but i could be wrong. or your pressure valve in the rail is stuck open.

unplug your FCA then try and start it. If it starts and rattles really bad, then your fca is bad. Make sure you turn it off right away if it starts. Your rail psi will be over loaded with fuel.

I removed cascade overflow valve and found metal flakes in the valve. Does that mean CP3 bad? I just want to fix this darn thing.
