Default NEED HELP ASAP Need truck tomorrow morning! Electric brake controller install.

Ok guys my 2005 3500 doesent have a towing pkg. or a 7-pin harness. so i picked up a 7-pin adapter that hooks to my current 4 pin plug. I also pick up a brake controler and pig tail that plugs into the controller and under the dash. controller has power and lights up when manually activated. so heres my question.

my 7-pin female end has 4 more wires

black-needs fused/keyed power.
Q) where woud you hook this one up?
Q) is there a wire i can tap in the rear?

purple-is reverse

white- is ground im gonna screw white to the frame.

blue - is brake controller
Q) can i just run this up to and splice it in to the pig tail from the controller to the hook up under the dash?

wiring is not my thing

Wow I can't believe that truck didn't come with a towing package. I could be wrong, but I thought there is a harness behind the bumper. You should be able to by a 7-pin that will connect to that harness. You just disconnect it and put the harness from the 7-pin inbetween.
